Sliding-tile picture puzzles with new rules: linked tiles that move in pairs, a 2x2 turntable and ice tiles that slide until they stop. 24 always-solvable boards from 3x3 to 5x5 with par and stars. Free, no ads, no tracking.

Slide the tiles until the picture is whole again. Tilewend paints eight pictures by code, from a koi pond to a city at night, and cuts them into 3x3, 4x4 and 5x5 boards.

Every few puzzles a new rule arrives. Chained tiles move together, but only along their chain. The turntable has no gap at all: you turn a 2x2 window of tiles. Ice tiles skate until a wall or another tile stops them, and the board has two gaps to steer them.

  • 24 puzzles: classic, linked, turntable and ice boards from 3x3 to 5x5, each new rule introduced on a small board first
  • Always solvable: every board is scrambled by legal moves from the finished picture
  • Solver par: 3x3 boards show the shortest solution found by a breadth-first solver
  • Stars for fewer moves: beat par or the target for three stars; undo and reset are free
  • Painted by code: eight pictures drawn on the canvas, with a preview beside the board and optional tile numbers
  • Keyboard or touch: arrows move the gap, tap slides a whole row, swipes work too
