Stitchwold

A quiet logic puzzle in thread and linen. Each row and column lists the runs of stitches it contains; work out which cells belong to the picture, stitch them and cross out the rest.

Every finished picture is sewn onto your sampler, a cloth gallery of all 24 designs. Play relaxed with no checking, or switch on strict mode: each wrong cell is marked at once and the third slip loses the picture.

• 24 hand-drawn pictures: six each at 5x5, 8x8, 10x10 and 12x12
• Proven unique: a line solver checks every picture when the game starts
• Stitched sampler: finished pictures appear as cross-stitch in their own thread colour
• Strict mode: three mistakes allowed, then the picture is lost
• Fast input: drag to paint whole lines, hold a key and move to paint, and a touch magnifier for small cells on phones
• Saved progress and best time per picture
